This entry-level administrative and operational project management position centers on managing documentation, logistics, and scheduling. You will work closely with project managers, estimators, the production shop, and General Contractors to oversee project lifecycles, track material deliveries, and maintain accurate documentation.

- PAY: 22.00hr

Responsibilities
- Create, organize, and track essential project documentation including submittal logs, product data sheets, RFIs, and change orders.
- Coordinate with vendors and the internal fabrication shop to ensure specialty hardware, lumber, veneers, and solid surfaces are ordered, tracked, and delivered on schedule.
- Maintain and update project timelines, ensuring alignment between shop production schedules and General Contractor installation schedules.
- Act as the primary administrative point of contact, providing clear and timely email and phone updates between General Contractors, field teams, and internal staff.
- Support Senior Project Managers in tracking project budgets, compiling monthly progress billings, and organizing vendor invoices.
- Prepare complete closeout packages for General Contractors, including Operation & Maintenance manuals, material warranties, care instructions, and punch-list completion tracking.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of administrative experience in construction, manufacturing, or trade subcontractor environments such as Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Contracts Administrator.
- Strong mastery of Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project files and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confident, proactive, and professional verbal and written communication skills for interaction with commercial clients and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic ability to navigate architectural plan sets.
- Experience with Procore or manufacturing ERP software.
