This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waukesha, WI, for a Welding Inspector. The Welding Inspector will be responsible for performing quality control and assurance inspections, ensuring welding processes meet required standards and specifications. Responsibilities include inspecting welding operations, assessing weld quality, monitoring compliance, and documenting findings to ensure a high level of precision and adherence to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Welding Inspection and hands-on Welding experience
- Strong background in Quality Control and Quality Assurance principles
- Experience conducting detailed Inspection processes and maintaining compliance standards
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industry regulations related to welding
- Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding codes
- Certifications - Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED required, technical training or certifications are advantageous
