Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily B2B dispatch and shipping activities.
- Monitor orders and ensure accurate and timely shipments.
- Run operational reports and communicate updates to upper management.
- Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate records.
- Train and support team members as needed.
- Identify and resolve shipping, inventory, and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data within company systems.
- Work effectively under pressure while meeting daily deadlines.
- Ensure established procedures and operational standards are followed.
Job Requirements
- MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
- Previous dispatch, shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations experience.
- Inventory control experience strongly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer proficiency and ability to work with operational reports.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Leadership experience and ability to train employees.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends as needed.
