Administrative and HR Assistant
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
A well-established Central New York organization is hiring an Administrative HR Assistant to support a busy HR, benefits, payroll, and client service environment. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced office, and can juggle front desk responsibilities with HR related support.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as a front desk point of contact and deliver excellent customer service
· Provide administrative support to payroll, benefits, and client service teams
· Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
· Assist with employee and customer questions and help resolve concerns professionally
· Maintain accurate records and support day to day office tasks as needed
Qualifications
· Strong customer service and communication skills with patience and professionalism
· Prior HR support experience preferred, but candidates with strong reception and customer facing experience will be considered
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Ability to adapt quickly as priorities and tasks change
· Associate degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
· Three years of administrative experience preferred
