Schedule / Shift- Full-time position
- Outpatient-only practice
- Daytime clinic-based schedule
- Outpatient call responsibilities only (minimal, supporting work-life balance)
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Provide preventive care, screenings, and health maintenance
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-based model
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an integrated EMR system
- Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health strategies
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted state medical license
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
