ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to:

Recruiting:

• Work with fellow recruiters to source open positions, as instructed by the branch manager.
• Post job ads and perform sourcing efforts through the use of traditional job boards and other social media outlets.
• Schedule candidates to apply or complete application process and interview at office.
• Participate in weekly after hours on-call rotation and branch openings.
• Conduct service call visits to clients assigned by Branch Manager.
• Conduct arrival and quality check-ins at job sites when requested by Branch Manager.
• Receive and respond to all incoming injuries/incident phone calls, emails or texts. Initiate and/or assist to complete W/C files when needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Requires a H. S. Diploma, and work in a personnel services environment with emphasis on working directly with individuals seeking employment or other services. Prefer a minimum of 1 year related experience or training in a service setting. Bilingual, English/Spanish is required.
