Compensation: $80,000 – $110,000 base, plus guaranteed quarterly bonus

About the Opportunity

Our client, a thriving and growing 40-person CPA firm, is hiring a Tax Senior to join its team on a fully remote basis. The firm serves a strong, established client base of small to mid-sized businesses and individuals, and is known for a great culture, real room for growth, and taking care of its people. This past busy season, the team finished early, and the firm flew in its out-of-town staff and hosted everyone in a box at the Braves game.

This is a long-term opportunity for a tax professional who wants to do quality work for good clients without being tied to an office.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for small to mid-sized businesses (partnerships, S-corps, C-corps) and individuals
• Manage a portfolio of client engagements through the tax cycle
• Communicate directly and professionally with clients on questions, documentation, and planning
• Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with the broader team
• Support the firm's continued growth as it expands its client base

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of public accounting tax experience
• Hands-on experience with small to mid-sized business and individual returns
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional client communication skills
• CPA is a plus, but not required

Compensation

The client is targeting $80K–$110K base depending on experience and is open to going above that range for an exceptional candidate.
