Our company is seeking an experienced detail-oriented team lead for a team of estimators and project consultants that provide a customer experience that is unmatched in the industry.
- The primary responsibility of the Solutions Leader is to uphold core values by providing an exceptional experience for and improving the lives of the community, including co-workers, customers, vendors, service providers, and all we touch.
- To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess high energy and assist in the development of our team of estimators and project consultants who are responsible for the company's unique value proposition.
- The leader must possess the unique ability to be both technical and detail-oriented while also being relational and customer-centric.
- Experience in team building, and people-managing within tight schedules, is a must.
- Managing several projects and team members at once is also essential.
- This leader will have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, handle objections, and coach collaboratively.
- Therefore, strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are a must.
