About Us:We are currently seeking a dedicated Rental Agent to join our team and play a key role in serving our valued clients.

Position Summary: As a Rental Agent, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing rental inquiries. This role involves handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with collections in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers inquiring about our rental services.
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments for property viewings and rental inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and rental inquiries.
• Provide information about rental properties, pricing, and availability.
• Follow up with prospective tenants and provide timely responses to inquiries.
• Assist with lite collections and payment reminders as needed.
• Collaborate with the rental management team to ensure a smooth rental process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a customer-oriented approach to build positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Customer service-oriented personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in the rental industry is a significant plus.
• Proficiency in using rental management software or tools is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
