AsaRecruitmentSpecialist, you will be responsible for:
•Supporting the hiring team with recruiting, interviewing, preboarding, and onboarding activities.•Facilitating a smooth hiring process for both the hiring team and job applicants.
•Maintainingthe hiring department’s high degree of organization andefficiencyby exhibiting meticulous attention to detail.
•Drafting communication materials, such as job postings, emails to candidates, and offer and rejection letters.
•Collaboratingwith the hiring team to carry out streamlinedpreboarding andonboarding processes.
•Researchingand recruitingcandidates to widen the qualified applicant pool.
•Performing clerical duties, like emailing, handling paperwork, and processing background checks.
•Reviewing applications and screening candidates.
•Scheduling interviews and communicate withcandidates.
•Creatingjob listings and post them online.
•Maintaining an accurate, organized, and detailedcandidate database.
•Assisting candidates during the interview process, answeringquestions,and providing them with key materials.
•Compiling, maintaining, and tracking data for report creation.
Qualifications& Requirements:
•Must have a high school diploma or GED(Associates or college degreein Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or related fieldpreferred).•Must have experience working as a Recruiter or in a related role.
oHuman Resources experienceacceptedin lieu of Recruiter or related role experience.
•Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
•Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
•Be ableto work independently and as part of a group.
•Have excellent problem-solving capabilities.
•Must have comprehensive knowledge of the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
•Have adeptness at usingapplicant tracking system software such asWorkday.
•Must have great attention to detail.
•Have strong time management and organization skills.
•Have high degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
