Salary Range: Up to $150k to $200k depending on experience
Qualifications:
Accounting Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Familiarity with construction ERP systems.
- Experience with consolidation accounting for C-Corporations with LLC subsidiaries.
Leadership Skills:
- Ability to run a team of 5-6 people.
Independence:
- Individuals who are independent and do not require micromanagement.
Industry Experience:
- Experience in General Contracting (GC), Mechanical, Engineering, HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
Regulatory Knowledge:
- Experience with multi-state corporate registrations and licensing.
- Knowledge of sales and use tax rules for contracting.
- Familiarity with heating and air replacement.
- Must have multi-state work experience, including:
- Department of Revenue.
- Secretary of State / State licensing boards Paperwork rules.
Position Type: Hands-on role requiring proactive involvement. The ideal candidate could fill a VP role but the focus is on being a doer, not a manager.
