Job Summary:
The Construction Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the overall project management team in planning, executing, and completing construction projects. This role involves coordinating various aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, procurement, communication, and documentation, to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Assist in creating project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project tasks are on schedule.
Procurement and Material Management:
- Collaborate with procurement to source materials, equipment, and supplies required for projects.
- Maintain inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials to the construction site.
Communication and Documentation:
- Serve as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, and approvals.
Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance:
- Assist in implementing and monitoring quality control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Cost Tracking and Budget Management:

Qualifications:
