Construction Accounting Manager - Atlanta, GA
Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 plus bonus (depending on experience)
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Experience within residential construction, homebuilding, commercial construction, real estate development, or a related industry.
- Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
- Experience leading accounting and finance teams.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong understanding of job costing, project accounting, and construction financial reporting.
Preferred
- MBA preferred.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Experience serving as a Director of Finance, Controller, Finance Director, or similar leadership role.
- Experience working within privately held or entrepreneurial organizations.
- Experience with construction ERP systems and project accounting software.
