Bookkeeper – QuickBooks
Our client has a need for a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience.
Duties:
- Experience and proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Two or more years accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred
- Experience in Excel, Word, and Google Spreadsheets
- General office duties as requested, including receiving deliveries and answering phones as needed
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing
- A/P tasks to assist with bills, credit card charges, invoicing clients; confirm accuracy of each bill and proper classification
- A/R tasks include tracking invoices and communicating with customers.
- Reconcile credit card statements monthly
Requirements:
- Two or more years of Bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience required
Our client offers a salary of $60k - $70k plus full benefits.
