What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asst. Controller position at Staff Financial Group?

Our client has an immediate need for an Assistant Controller at their office located near Fayetteville, GA. The position details are as follows:

Accounting or Business Degree
A minimum of 4 years of Accounting experience
Full-cycle accounting
Ability to multi-task
Flexible, wear many hats
Experience with Sage and QuickBooks is a plus
Experience with Real Estate entities and Yardi is a plus
Experience with Billing
Experience with contracts, lien waivers & vendors
Excellent verbal & written communication
Operations experience a plus
