The Accounts Payable Associate will support the accounting department processing accounts payable invoices and payments
- Review invoices for matching, coded properly, approvals etc…
- Assist with researching any accounts payable-related issues
- Review and process employee expense reports
- Perform data entry
- Assist with other month-end duties as needed
- Minimum 2 years related Accounts Payable experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills
