Day (United States of America) Nurse Manager In accordance with the Mission and Cornerstone Behaviors, the Nurse Manager, under the direction of the Department Director, plans, organizes, staffs and directs patient care on a daily operational basis in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act. Functions within the standards, policies, procedures and guidelines of the Organization. Education: Graduate from school of nursing; BSN required Licensure/Certification: Current license to practice in the State of Florida Experience: Minimum of two year’s recent and relevant clinical experience required Effective Communication Skills Evidence of effective leadership and management abilities/potential BLS healthcare provider training required Professional Certification Preferred ACLS healthcare provider training, if applicable (i.e. Emergency Department, ICU) We're glad you're here.
