WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Stadium Medical is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Operations Manager to oversee and manage multiple divisions within our emergency medical services (EMS) company. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all activities, contributing to the overall success of our EMS services. This role requires a strong leader with excellent managerial skills to oversee a team of operational supervisors, support staff, and coordinate with our partners, all while maintaining the high standards of service quality and compliance we have been providing for decades.
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in time management to independently handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and executing transportation projects, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development. While prior knowledge of the EMS industry is not required, it is considered a plus.
MINIMUM EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar degree from an accredited institution is preferred. A minimum of two years of Managerial experience is required. Experience working in EMS is wanted but not needed. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate proficient skills in MS Office, ability to learn UKG Pro. The candidate must demonstrate a history of exceptional customer service skills. Requires use of standard office equipment including personal computer, copy machine, and phones. Technological aptitude required.
