Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Stadium 138 recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory as needed.
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and served promptly.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and game-day rushes.
- Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house employees.
- Follow all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and major sporting events.
