What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service and Sales Associate position at Stacy's Sensory Solutions?
Job Description:
We are looking for someone that speaks English and Spanish at our small business to help customers in-store and on the phone from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday. When not assisting customers, you will be using the computer to help place orders and other various administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Helping our customers on the phone and in-store
- Helping customers find what they need in-store
- Waiting on customers at checkout
- Answering the phone when it rings to help customers place orders online
- Using the computer to place orders made over the phone

What we're looking for:
- Someone who is fluent in English and Spanish, both in speaking and writing
- Someone friendly and comfortable working with customers
- Retail experience preferred
- Computer proficiency - can use Microsoft Office
- High school diploma

Stacy's Sensory Solutions is a small, woman-owned business that was started to help those with sensory sensitivities such as autism, ADHD, and anxiety but we have expanded to include much more. We sell things like fidgets, weighted blankets and toys, aromatherapy items, social-emotional games/activities, and anything else that can benefit those who need a little extra input or comfort.
