Overview

Stacked Commerce is a full-stack U.S. market entry and growth partner for international consumer brands. We help brands scale into the U.S. through Amazon, retail brokerage, fulfillment, and performance marketing.

We are hiring a high-performance operator to manage LinkedIn outreach directly from the profiles of our founders.

This is not a traditional SDR role.

You will be responsible for converting inbound engagement and warm interest into qualified sales conversations — while maintaining the voice, tone, and positioning of the founders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage LinkedIn activity for two founder accounts daily

  • Monitor and engage with:

    • Post likes

    • Comments

    • Inbound messages

  • Initiate conversations with warm prospects (no cold lists)

  • Qualify leads based on fit (brand, geography, growth stage)

  • Book qualified meetings directly onto calendars

  • Maintain fast response times and consistent follow-up

  • Ensure all communication reflects a high-level, non-salesy tone

  • Brand-sensitive (you are speaking as the founder)

  • Performance-driven (meetings booked, not activity volume)

  • Focused on quality over quantity

What This Role Is NOT

  • Cold calling

  • Scripted outreach

  • High-volume spam messaging

  • Entry-level SDR work

Requirements

  • Strong written communication (must sound natural and concise)

  • Experience in sales (SDR or AE) or founder-led outreach

  • Ability to identify and prioritize high-quality prospects

  • Understanding of e-commerce, Amazon, or consumer brands

  • High level of professionalism and judgment

  • Ability to work daily (consistent engagement is critical)

Compensation

  • 40% Base / 60% Variable (performance-driven)

  • OTE range: $80,000–$120,000 depending on performance

Variable structure tied to:

  • Qualified meetings booked

  • Show rate

  • Opportunities generated

  • Closed revenue (bonus upside)

Success Metrics

  • Qualified meetings booked per week

  • Response rate to outreach

  • Show rate on booked calls

  • % of meetings converting to real opportunities
