Stacked Commerce is a full-stack U.S. market entry and growth partner for international consumer brands. We help brands scale into the U.S. through Amazon, retail brokerage, fulfillment, and performance marketing.
We are hiring a high-performance operator to manage LinkedIn outreach directly from the profiles of our founders.
This is not a traditional SDR role.
You will be responsible for converting inbound engagement and warm interest into qualified sales conversations — while maintaining the voice, tone, and positioning of the founders.
Role Responsibilities
Manage LinkedIn activity for two founder accounts daily
Monitor and engage with:
Post likes
Comments
Inbound messages
Initiate conversations with warm prospects (no cold lists)
Qualify leads based on fit (brand, geography, growth stage)
Book qualified meetings directly onto calendars
Maintain fast response times and consistent follow-up
Ensure all communication reflects a high-level, non-salesy tone

Requirements
Strong written communication (must sound natural and concise)
Experience in sales (SDR or AE) or founder-led outreach
Ability to identify and prioritize high-quality prospects
Understanding of e-commerce, Amazon, or consumer brands
High level of professionalism and judgment
Ability to work daily (consistent engagement is critical)
Compensation
40% Base / 60% Variable (performance-driven)
OTE range: $80,000–$120,000 depending on performance

Show rate
Opportunities generated
Closed revenue (bonus upside)
Success Metrics
Qualified meetings booked per week
Response rate to outreach
Show rate on booked calls
% of meetings converting to real opportunities
