Morning Shift Team Member

Looking for a Morning Shift Team Member to join our Team! We have a Full Time and Part Time Position available. Hours would range be from 9am-4pm. Two Saturdays a month is required. Looking for someone who can start ASAP, and willing to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food items efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for orders, payments, and transactions.
• Assist customers with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision.
• Maintain sanitation by cleaning workstations, bussing tables, and ensuring the food prep area meets health regulations.
• Support food industry standards by managing food handling procedures and adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy morning hours.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments such as quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service roles within the food industry or retail settings.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy morning shifts.
• Experience working in cafés, grocery stores, or retail environments involving serving or cashiering duties is advantageous.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
