Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair of aerial lifts and other heavy equipment.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs, including scheduled inspections and service checks.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues through effective Troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience working with Heavy Equipment in a service, fleet, or dealership environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices related to equipment operation and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple service tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with service staff and customers.
- Relevant technical certification or vocational training in equipment repair or mechanics preferred.
- Previous experience as an aerial or heavy equipment mechanic strongly preferred.
