Principal Accountabilities/Essential Functions
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse and company policies, including regulatory and safety standards.
- Oversee and optimize shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage inventory control, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and reporting.
- Oversee batching activities for all accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Order and manage warehouse supplies to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate building maintenance activities, including pest control and facility audits.
- Investigate and implement corrective actions (RCCAs) to address operational issues.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Plan and oversee employee engagement functions, such as luncheons and the Associate of the Month program.
- Handle disciplinary actions, including write-ups, and ensure proper documentation.
- Approve accounts payable (AP) bills at the first level of authorization.
- Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Manage employee orientation and ensure training files are complete and up to date.
- Regularly update information boards to communicate important updates and metrics.
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to align warehouse functions with business goals.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Science from a four-year accredited college or university
- One to two years related experience and/or training or Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Warehouse processes

- Train assigned employees on company government and customer policies, procedures and regulations
- Ensure all assigned employees comply with company government and customer policies, procedures, and regulations

- Office / Warehouse Mix: This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role will require the ability to, on occasion, go in and out of trailers, navigate around roller racks, and other logistical equipment within a warehouse setting. The position will also require travel of both in air and driving.
