We are looking for a General Manager to be based at our Dayton, NJ reporting to VP of Operations. The salary is $130,000- $140,000.
Job Summary
This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-client site and ensure the staff follows health and safety regulations as outlined by regulatory agencies and company guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years minimum experience as a General Manager or a similar role. It is a plus if you have a BSc/BA in Supply and Logistics Management, Applied Manager or related. Or combination of experience and education.

Job Summary
This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-client site and ensure the staff follows health and safety regulations as outlined by regulatory agencies and company guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, coach and develop all levels of staff
- Clearly communicate vision, strategy, and expectations to the team
- Manage operations departments including (but not limited to): Receiving, Put Away, Picking, Packing, Value-Added (VAS), Fulfillment, Shipping, and Inventory Control
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance
- Design, strategize and set goals for revenue growth
- Prepare regular reports for senior leadership and clients as required
- Meet and communicate with clients regularly
- Provide creative solutions to various issues (i.e., employee relations, profitability, etc.)
- Support and drive organizational initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with peers and network partners to implement change
Knowledge of:
- Business process and functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations etc.)
- Industry standards and best practices as well as the ability to seek support through research and outreach when needed to effectively complete tasks
- MS Office (Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Skype)
- Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Managing, coaching, and developing staff
- Prioritizing, organizing, decision making, time managing and verbal/written communication
- Maintain budget and control expense
- Motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable
- Develop and maintain financial plans
- Prioritize important tasks and projects to help increase overall productivity
- Analyze situations accurately and effectively
