We’re scaling fast with a new online customizer, national growth in wholesale, and a creative team that’s ready to support big ideas. Now we need one person who wakes up every day thinking about how to sell this product to the world.
About the Role
This is not a desk job. It’s a builder role for someone who wants to own their results, relationships, and future. You’ll hunt for new business, build relationships, and sell to anyone who loves creative, custom drinkware — high school fundraisers, Greek chapters, coffee shops, breweries, youth sports leagues, real estate agents, and beyond.
You’ll have full access to our creative team, sample kits, artwork, and trade show support. We’ll give you tools and ideas, but the fire has to come from you.
Your Mission
- Make 40 meaningful outreach contacts every day (calls, visits, emails, DMs, or events)
- Add 100 qualified emails to our database each week
- Build relationships, follow up, and close deals
- Manage your own pipeline and take pride in the numbers you produce
- Collaborate with our creative team to launch ideas, pitches, and campaigns that move product
Performance Target:
This role carries an minimum annual sales goal of $360,000 in new revenue — about 12 times base pay. Our leading golf sales rep does over $200,000 a year and only spends about 10 hours a week on it (Stache is not his primary line). That’s the benchmark for success. You’ll have all the creative, marketing, and leadership support you need to hit it.

- 3% commission bump once you reach $200K in sales volume within your first year
