Part-time; Onsite
Pay range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
Location: This position will transition between both of our campuses located in Parker, CO and Littleton, CO.
Hours and Schedule: flexible depending on the week. 20 - 25 hours per week.

The Opportunity:
Stacey James Institute is seeking an enthusiastic “Admissions Representative” to join our team! If you love interacting with and recruiting prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, conducting tours and providing information on the courses and programs we offer, this could be a great position for you. The Admissions Representative will embody the welcoming spirit and culture of excellence that Stacey James Institute is known for within the beauty education community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to prospective students by participating in career fairs, high school visits, and other networking events.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students interested in our cosmetology, esthetics, and barbering programs.
- Give tours of Stacey James Institute’s training facilities and salon to prospective students and families.
- Advise prospective students on program fit, financial aid options, and career paths within the beauty industry.
- Guide perspective students through the admissions process from initial contact to enrollment.
- Maintain organized records with status updates on prospective student pipelines using CRM software.
- Achieve month/quarterly enrollment goals.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to enable students to achieve career success.
- Persistent follow-up skills and ability to convert leads effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE.
- First performance review after 6 months with the potential for pay adjustments based on performance.
