THE POSITION
The Warranty Service Specialist is responsible for coordinating post-production services, processing customer service requests, and managing communication between customers, dealers, and internal teams. This role requires a personable and detail-oriented individual who can effectively handle service logistics, manage Salesforce cases, and ensure accuracy in customer and compliance records. The Service Specialist acts as a central point of contact for customer correspondence and plays a key role in supporting Staccato’s reputation for exceptional service and reliability.

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Process Salesforce cases for service and maintenance plan purchases
- Work directly with dealer/customer facing teams and Ecommerce personnel to coordinate post-production services
- Facilitate logistics surrounding certified pre-owned product
- Direct communication with customers surrounding requested services and/or maintenance
- Communicating with customer facing teams to provide updates on services
- Helping to provide tech support for dealer/ customer facing departments
- Operating in various systems to update case information and support material control/ compliance
