THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Business Development Team is currently operating in four regions throughout the United States. We are seeking an entry-level candidate with an Always Forward mindset who operates with a sense of urgency in supporting Staccato’s Heroes. Reporting to the Business Development Support Manager, our Business Development Associate will ensure that all sales orders are processed and fulfilled efficiently. You will become Customer Obsessed and work to exceed our customers' expectations daily.
THE ROLE:
The Business Development Associate is a full-time role responsible for inputting accurate data to fulfill all incoming orders throughout the United States. You will support the Business Development team by performing timely updates on orders throughout the manufacturing process, answering general questions from customers, and attending events in your assigned region. This role is onsite, the primary responsibilities include:
- Input orders, customer information, and other data are pertinent to ensuring we deliver exceptional service to Staccato's current and future customers.
- Regularly attends demos, conferences, and other events in your assigned region.
- Answer all inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries from the Staccato HEROS program.
- Provide support to key stakeholders of the Business Development team to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Track and provide timely feedback on all pending orders as products go through the manufacturing and/or ecommerce process.
- Gather industry best practices and report to the Business Development team to keep our customer experience program updated.
- Act as a liaison between Staccato and potential customers to create unique business opportunities in the future.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Previous experience with firearms is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience with Epicor, Salesforce, and BIG Commerce is preferred, not required.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
- Travel up to 70% required.
