Financial Controller
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid / Remote flexibility)
Compensation: Up to $225k base bonus equity | Full benefits | 401k
Stable10 is partnering with a rapidly scaling software company in Seattle seeking a Financial Controller to lead and elevate their finance and accounting function. This is a high-impact, visible leadership role ideal for an experienced finance professional ready to shape the strategy and operations of a growing SaaS business.
What You’ll Own
- Lead the finance and accounting function, including revenue accounting, investor reporting, treasury, and controls
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606, ASC 718, and US GAAP, providing technical accounting leadership
- Partner with executives to influence business decisions, evaluate contracts, and support commercial growth
- Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing accounting team, building robust processes for a global business
- Drive NetSuite ERP implementation, optimization, and financial automation
- Lead external audits, investor reporting, and treasury operations
- Deliver timely, high-quality financial reporting and insights to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
What You Bring
- CPA qualified with 10 years of progressive finance & accounting experience
- Big 4 public accounting experience highly advantageous
- Hands-on leadership of accounting teams (2-8 staff)
- Deep expertise in US GAAP, ASC 606 / ASC 718
- Experience scaling finance operations in fast-growing, VC-backed or PE-owned software companies
- Strong NetSuite ERP and reporting systems experience
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
