Job Description: STABLE Orthodontics is growing! We are actively searching for an individual to serve as a liaison between the doctor, the patient, and their family by providing support throughout the orthodontic journey. The ideal candidate is dedicated to the care and happiness of our patients, has a thorough understanding of orthodontic treatment, and is familiar with financial and insurance billing. Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the orthodontist during procedures.
- Provide compassionate and effective care to our young patients.
- Delivery and assembly of orthodontic appliance (braces and clear aligners).
- Educate patients and parents on proper oral care and hygiene.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Live within 30 miles of office location.
Minor Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with answering phone calls, greeting and checking patients in/out, scheduling and confirming appointments, and taking payments for outstanding balances.
- Verify insurance benefits. Help patients complete new patient intake paperwork.
- Assist in scheduling, planning, and participating in local marketing efforts and community events.
- Assist in creating and posting to social media accounts for the office.

- Exceptional work ethic, trustworthiness, and attention to detail.
- Friendly/bubbly personality. Fast-learner, team player, and adaptable to change.
- High emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with people.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize work.
- Understanding of orthodontic treatment and previous sales experience preferred.
Schedule: 32-36 Hours per week Monday – Friday; Saturdays optional.
Work Setting: In person and in the community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
