Desired Skills/Experience:
- Junior Level Windows Administration Experience including Office365 operations and support with a focus on MS Outlook email support; Experience with Active Directory is preferred
- Experience supporting Microsoft type products: Teams, SharePoint, D365 or similar
- Experience with basic Windows Active Directory Commands (mostly for MS Outlook interfacing)
- Experience supporting external end users that are both technical and non-technical with a focus on both networking and applications support.
Pluses:
- Comp TIA and/or Microsoft Certifications and/or IT Security Certifications.
- MS Azure Support or Junior Level Azure Administration experience.
