Stable Ground Technology, LLC makes software and hardware products that give people access to lifesaving maps, medical information, educational material, and survival knowledge in any emergency. Our flagship brand, Prepper Disk, has sold thousands of devices across the globe.
In this full time role, as Operations and Production Lead, you will help fulfill Prepper Disk orders by managing suppliers, assembling and testing devices, packing and shipping orders, delivering orders to USPS (and occasionally other shippers), processing returns, and collaborating with team members on any shipping issues or problems. In addition, as part of a small team you will have the opportunity to contribute to product ideation, development, digital marketing, advertising, business development, influencer collaboration, and management of business operations through a variety of SaaS tools (Shopify, Canva, ad platforms, and more).
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Order fulfillment - Managing suppliers, inventory management, assembly of orders, packaging, shipping, and delivery of shipments to shippers (primarily USPS)
- Quality control - Visual inspection of completed devices, execution of provided software tests, minor troubleshooting
- Customer Transaction Support - Product questions, returns and refunds, shipping issues, redelivery coordination, drop ship, etc.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Skills Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and solve customer issues
- Growth Mindset - curiosity and ability to learn new aspects of a growing and vibrant business
- Experience and intermediate skill level with spreadsheets, data analysis, light report making, and confidence learning SaaS tools
- Experience with Canva and ad managers (Meta, Reddit, TikTok) a strong plus
- Ability to speak Spanish a strong plus
- eCommerce experience a strong plus (especially Shopify)
