Looking for a seasoned Polyurethane injection installer to run a 1-3 man crew and be able to mange your time and projects throughout the month. Must have experience in the foundation repair industry in Polyurethane injection. Pay is determined by experience. This position is responsible for directing and coordinating activity of the installation of the project and must have the ability to lead by example, motivate crew members and efficiently manage the job. Crew leader will work under the direction of the Supervisor. Stable Foundation Solutions, Inc. Is a family owned and operated foundation repair company . We specialize in crawl space, helical pile, push pier and polyurethane injections. We are in need of respectful and hard working individuals that are looking to be part of our company.
Responsibilities and Duties

- Driving and maintaining company vehicles and equipment
- Must be willing to travel
- Willing to work outdoors
- Operate equipment ( mini excavator, skid steer, fork lift).
- Opportunities to grow within company. Previous experience is preferred but is not required. Stable Foundations Solutions, Inc. is an EOE.
- Working crew lead will be responsible for the day to day oversight of the crew, installation of piles or other foundation repairs, and timeline for installation.
- Interpret design layouts and install per design
- Ensures Crew has all necessary materials and equipment prior to leaving for job site, and that all materials, tools, etc., are picked up when job is completed.
- Responsible for completion of accurate paperwork when jobs are completed, and that paperwork is turned in timely according to deadlines
- Responsible for submitting work orders for all broken equipment
- Ensures safety practices and standards are kept up with and in good standing. Ensures all employees are properly equipped with safety gear.
