Client Success Manager – Bookkeeping Operations
Location: Woodway, TX | Full-Time | In-Office

What You’ll Do
As a Client Success Manager – Bookkeeping Operations, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our bookkeeping team, ensuring every financial detail is accurate, timely, and aligned with client goals.
Client Partnership & Communication
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building trust and understanding their unique business needs
- Maintain a client satisfaction rating of over 90% through clear, consistent communication and responsive support
Monthly & Quarterly Reviews
- Prepare, schedule, conduct and manage approximately 20 client meetings per month
- Review financial statements, discuss performance trends, and offer actionable insights
Team Collaboration
- Managing and collaborating with bookkeeping team to ensure flawless transaction recording and data integrity
- Flag and resolve discrepancies prior to reporting and client impact
- Other duties as assigned
Client Education & Empowerment
- Help clients understand their financials and provide guidance on best practices for long-term success
Documentation & Organization
- Keep meticulous records of client interactions, agreements, and updates to ensure transparency and continuity
What You Bring
- 3 or more years of experience in account management, ideally within bookkeeping or financial services
- QuickBooks Online Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
- A client-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Solid grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial statement analysis
- Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable to evolving processes
- Proficiency in software preferred: QuickBooks Online, Keeper App, and Microsoft Office Suite
