The Sales Manager/Outside Sales is responsible for developing and growing a strong portfolio of clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and relationship management. Key duties include negotiating competitive rates, managing daily shipments to ensure on-time delivery, and addressing issues promptly to maintain exceptional service quality. This role is highly sales-driven and requires strong negotiation skills, clear and proactive communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
This position is salary plus a bonus.
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
