Welder/PTA Operator - Stabil Drill

Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Full Time Welder/PTA Operator to join our team in Casper, WY. This position performs duties including welding various types of materials with MIG and TIG applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for manufacturing and repair functions in the welding shop.
• Fabricate downhole drilling equipment, including stabilizers.
• Experience in applying various Hard Facings used on Stabilizers
• Experience in repairing Stabilizers
• Manual Cylindrical Grinding
• Work with management to estimate time frame on welding jobs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 1 year of welding experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
