Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Implement therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing.
- Monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans, exercises, and home health strategies.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients leaving care.
Skills
- Proficient discharge planning and understanding of home health protocols.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy.
- Experience in outpatient settings.
