Staab Construction is seeking a motivated Youth Apprentice to join our office team. As a Youth Apprentice, you will gain insight and hands-on experience across several key business areas, including:
- Accounting: Assist with entry-level financial tasks, vendor invoices, and basic filing.
- Human Resources: Support employee onboarding, track training documentation, utilize databases to enter and update confidential information, and support employee communication.
- Marketing: Event support, create promotional materials
- Administration/Operation: General office coordination including answering phones, managing incoming/outgoing mail, use of current office software programs and tools, greeting customers.
