Stabuilt Construction is looking for a motivated, results-driven Field Marketing Team Lead to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of Field Marketing Representatives, Canvassers, Brand Ambassadors, and Event Specialists.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching others, setting the standard through personal production, and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You'll spend your time recruiting top talent, training new hires, developing team members, and ensuring your team consistently achieves lead generation goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of Field Marketing Representatives and Canvassers.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new team members.
• Conduct daily team meetings, ride-alongs, and field coaching sessions.
• Lead by example through personal lead generation and professionalism.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Hold team members accountable to performance expectations and company standards.
• Develop strategies to improve appointment quality and overall team performance.
• Coordinate staffing for community events, home shows, retail locations, and neighborhood canvassing campaigns.
• Track KPIs and provide regular performance feedback.
• Foster a positive, competitive, and team-oriented culture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in field marketing, canvassing, event marketing, door-to-door sales, or lead generation.
• Leadership, supervisory, or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop others.
• Organized, dependable, and accountable.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

Starting Hourly Wage: $28.00–$32.00 per hour

Performance Incentives

• 1–2% uncapped bonus based on individual production.
• 0.25–0.50% override bonus based on team production and achievement of team goals.
