Sta-Built Construction is expanding our Event & Field Marketing Team and looking for driven, coachable, and confident individuals who thrive in face-to-face conversations. This role is primarily focused on home shows and community events along with weekly door-to-door outreach to single family homes in King/Snohomish Counties.
Position
Field Marketing Associate (Events & Face-to-Face Marketing)
Location: Lynnwood, Seattle, Kirkland, Tacoma areas
You’ll represent Sta-Built at home shows, trade shows, festivals, and community events, engaging homeowners, educating them on our design-build process, and setting quality appointments for our sales team. From time to time, you’ll also support targeted neighborhood outreach to maximize exposure and results.
Compensation
- $25/hour base pay
- 1% commission on closed deals from your appointments

Your Responsibilities
- Work home shows, events, and marketing booths
- Engage homeowners in meaningful, value-driven conversations
- Set high-quality appointments with qualified homeowners
- Accurately collect and input customer information
- Represent Sta-Built with integrity, consistency, and professionalism
- Communicate clearly with sales and leadership teams
- Occasionally assist with targeted door-to-door outreach when scheduled
