St Xavier Home Care Services is looking for a HR/Staffing Coordinator. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Job Duties:
- Assist with recruitment and hiring.
- Job postings
- Scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Background checks
- Onboarding new hires
- Coordinate with programs on all employee verification documents
- Provide general Administrative support
- Organize new hire orientation
- Ensure all cases are staffed with field employees depending on patient preference.
- Assist with Program duties if necessary.
Qualifications :
- Associates Degree
- Have a Valid Driver License
- Great Communication Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
