St Xavier Home Care is looking for an Intake/Outreach Specialist.
Duties:
- Responding to various inquires for intake, information, and referral.
- Conducting needs assessments.
- Obtain required documents for intake process.
- Process each intake in a timely manner.
- Communicate with staffing department.
- Conduct outreaches to schools, community and professional group to promote services.
- Phone calls to each professional group to promote services.
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Detail Orientated
- Excellent Marketing Skills.
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Intake: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
