Full Time Line Cook
5 days a week
$18-20 per hour based on experience, plus service charge compensation and tips per shift. Customer facing will be asked to run food, clear tables and speak with guests.
Opportunity to work with a small but focused team focusing mainly on southern Italian specifically Sicilian cuisine. Will be making Sicilian pizzas called Sfincione and also hand rolling pastas. Needs experience working clean, fast and efficient. Very small team and restaurant so please on respectful applicants apply. Tremendous amounts of room for growth. Working daily with chef/owner of the restaurant on new menu items.
completely open kitchen so proper hygiene is a requirement.
