Office Manager, Outpatient Mental Health Services
Under the supervision of the Clinic Director, the Office Manager has primary responsibility for the oversight and implementation of most support staff functions. This includes the supervision and task assignment of two full-time secretaries, coordinating office operations with clinical staff & the Physician Care Coordinator, overseeing a centralized intake & scheduling system for all therapists, managing the clinic reception window & waiting area, overseeing co-pay collections and bi-monthly billing, overseeing Medicaid transportation services for all clients, managing office supplies, providing good problem-solving & customer service for both patients and staff, and coordinating services with co-workers from departments throughout the hospital.

Pay: $60-65k

Other requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare office setting, and at least 1 year in a supervisory/office manager capacity
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with electronic health records
- High School diploma required; Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
- Additional language fluency is a plus
Pay: $60-65k
