St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester is seeking a passionate Mental Health Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing crisis stabilization and community linkage services to individuals experiencing a psychiatric crisis.

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the success of our Intensive Crisis Residence program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide crisis stabilization and community linkage services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with residents to achieve successful transition back to the community
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to resident care planning
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or a related field
• At least one year of experience working with adults with serious mental illness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
