The College and Career Readiness Counselor will play a key role in guiding high school students in their preparation for post-graduation opportunities. This full-time, on-site position located in Savannah, GA, involves providing personalized counseling, helping students explore career pathways, assisting with applications for colleges and scholarships, and coordinating programs to foster college and career readiness. The Counselor will collaborate with faculty, students, and families to ensure a supportive, student-centered approach to achieving academic and professional success.
- Proficient in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
- Experienced in Student Counseling with the ability to provide tailored guidance
- Strong Communication skills to articulate ideas effectively to students, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of college admissions processes, career resources, and scholarship opportunities
- Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred)
