GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while driving efficient sales, maintaining well-organized and visually appealing merchandise displays, and upholding a clean, welcoming retail environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide sales assistance to customers by fast and accurate control of register.
- Handle checks, charges and store credits and accurately balance cash drawer.
- Provide customer service by knowing stock, sales information, store policies and other related information.
- Rotate store stock and tags merchandise according to established procedures.
- Maintain orderly store appearance by vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, washing mirrors, doors and windows and keeping register area clean.
- Engages in loss prevention activities by monitoring dressing rooms and observing customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to perform multiple tasks including customer service, rotating stock, and maintaining an orderly store.
- Full-time availability consistent with store operations
