Starting Salary Range: $14.00/hr.

Hours per week: 20to 29 hours
Work Hours: Store is open Monday- Friday 9:00am -7 pm
Saturday 9:00am-5pm. NO Sundays! Must be able to work every other Saturday!

Starting Salary Range: $14.00/hr.
The Store Associate position is responsible for providing excellent customer service cashiering, contributing to the success of daily task maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant work site; and implementing St. Vincent de Paul’s mission under the direct supervision of a Store Department Lead.
Job Responsibilities
- Always demonstrate high accountability and dependability recognizing the responsibilities of effective teamwork.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through great customer service.
- Provide a friendly checkout experience while quickly and accurately processing all transactions.
- Ensure that product is prepared, stocked, and displayed appropriately on the store floor.
- Represent SVdP in a positive manner through all actions and communication.
- Support and promote organizational programs and special events as required.
- Maintain quality service through abiding by organization policies.
- Complete all job duties in a safe manner.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by Leadership.
Job Qualifications
- Must be organized with a eye for detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Cashiering experience preferred.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with staff, volunteers, and donors.
- Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing up to 20 lbs.
