What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lunch and Recess Aide position at St. Thomas More Cathedral School?
St. Thomas More Cathedral School located in Arlington, VA, is seeking part-time qualified aides to join our team. Hours of employment are 10:30am-1:30pm Monday through Friday. Applicants who are not available to work all five days will still be considered. There are no duties on early dismissal days.
Responsibilities include greeting and interacting with students in a warm and friendly manner while ensuring a safe and caring environment. During recess, aides will work with other staff members to maintain good student behavior. Other duties include distributing and collecting outside recess equipment for each recess group. During lunch in the cafeteria, you will support the Lunchroom Supervisor while monitoring and assisting students as needed.
